What is the Lynchburg Aquatic League?The Lynchburg Aquatic League (LAL) is a recreational youth swimming league comprised of 12 teams located in Lynchburg, Virginia and the surrounding communities of Forest, Appomattox, and Amherst. Team members must be a member of the pool associated with their swim team. The league is open to both year-round and summer league only swimmers.
